Abstract

This study focuses on the application of Jaccard Similarity in the classification of the product data of the Bengkel Rizky Motor in Magelang. The study aims to improve the efficiency of the product classification process by identifying the need, designing the system, implementing it, and ensuring its effectiveness. The study also discusses the challenges faced by the Bengkel Rizky Motor in providing accurate information about the product, its specifications, and price. The company lacks an integrated system for providing optimal information services and faces challenges in managing the product classification process. To address this, the study proposes a solute ion using Jaccard Similarity to enhance the function of the product classification system in the data system. This involves identifying the problems that occur when the product information is not known or the product name is not related to the product. The system can also be customized to suit the needs of the customers.
