Abstract

Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepuasan dan switching cost
terhadap word of mouth dan switching intention. Populasi dalam penelitian ini
adalah pengguna aplikasi Gojek di Kota Magelang. Sampel yang digunakan
dalam penelitian sebanyak 88 orang dengan metode Acidental Sampling. Alat
analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program
SPSS versi 23.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kepuasan berpengaruh postif
terhadap word of mouth, switching cost berpengaruh positif terhadap word of
mouth, kepuasan berpengaruh negatif terhadap switching intention, switching cost
berpengaruh postif terhadap switching intention, dan word of mouth berpengaruh
positif terhadap switching intention.
