Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model assisted by Roll Generator media on students’ interest in learning mathematics. This research employed a quasi-experimental design with a pretestposttest control group design. The population of this study consisted of students at [level of education], with the sample divided into an experimental class and a control class. The experimental class was taught using the Teams Games
Tournament (TGT) model assisted by Roll Generator media, while the control class was taught using conventional learning methods.
Data were collected using a learning interest questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. The results showed that students
taught using the TGT model assisted by Roll Generator media had a higher level of learning interest compared to those taught using conventional methods. The findings indicate that the implementation of the TGT model supported by interactive learning media has a significant positive effect on students’ interest in learning mathematics.
In conclusion, the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model assisted by Roll Generator media can be used as an effective alternative strategy to enhance students’ interest in mathematics learning.
