Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh
keputusan investasi, keputusan pendanaan, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai
perusahan pada perusahaan Real Estate dan Real Property di BEI tahun 2015-
2019 dengan menggunakan metode Purposive sampling diperoleh sampel
sebanyak 15 perusahaan. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis
regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa keputusan investasi
berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Keputusan pendanaan berpengaruh
positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif
terhadap nilai perusahaan.
