Abstract

Patient dissatisfaction with nursing services both in Indonesian and other developing countries is currently still a very important issue. Satisfied patients tend to reuse the services of a hospital and will leave when they are not satisfied. Sharia-based services on nursing is a service provided by nurses based on qur'an and hadith that can improve patient satisfaction in the hospital. The purpose of this study is to find the relationship of sharia-based services on nursing with patient satisfaction in PKU Muhammadiyah Temanggung the hospital. This study used descriptive correlation method with cross sectional approach. The data collection using a questionnaire with the number of 103 respondents with accidental sampling technique. The data analysis used Spearman test. There was a significant relationship between sharia-based services on nursing and the patients satisfaction with p-value 0.001 (p-value <0.05) and the closeness of the relationship was moderate (0.749) as well as the direction of the relationship was positive. The better sharia-based services on nursing provided, the patients satisfaction will increase.
