Abstract
Background : Nurse in giving nursing service using some profesional nursing care model whichis decided by the hospital. One of the profesional nursing care method which used is team method. But team method has some useless which can make nursing work stress. When nursing work stress is uncontrol can decrease nursing service quality. Objective : To get the corelation profesional team nursing care method by nursing work stress in muntilan hospital in year 2020. Methods : This research is belong to descriptive corelation by cross sectional design. This research used 128 responden. The sample are taken by total sampling. The instrumen which used are profesional team nursing care method quesioner and nursing work stress. Results : The wos gotten R -0,384 with p-value 0,001 it means there is significan corelation between profesional team nursing care method with nursing work stress in muntilan hospital with negative pattern it means if profesional team nursing care method is runing not well so, nursing work stress will be in crease. Conclusion : Based on this research nurse or healthy service can be known the causes of nursing work stress so it can use to evaluate nursing work to do their job with high responsibilitis.
